2024 Bridgestone United Way Campaign
Donation Goals
Every year in our organization, our teammates look forward to the opportunity to invest and support the community in which they live through our United Way Campaign. Traditionally an August event, this year our United Way Campaign will take place the week of November 4th – November 8th.
We have set a goal of $265,000 in teammate giving for our campaign. Similar to last year’s very successful campaign, we set donation levels based on your pay grade (see chart below).
Remember, all donations support our Bridgestone E8 commitment and our theme of United by What Really Matters to deliver value for our society and our customers by improving the way people move, live, work, and play today and for generations to come. We hope that you will consider increasing your donation to support our efforts to reach $265,000 in teammate donations. If you have any questions, please reach out to ATCUW@bfusa.com.

*Note: USW teammates are eligible for bronze level incentives only.
All teammates are eligible for the daily and weekly drawings. A donation is not necessary to enter the drawings. See official rules for details and alternate entry forms.
Daily Drawings

Platinum Grand Prize Drawing

Incentives Eligibility and Guidelines
1. Teammates who participate in the campaign must be an employee of Bridgestone Americas, Inc. (BSAM) to receive PTO. Contractors are not eligible to receive PTO days.
2. Prizes are reported to teammate’s W-2. Contractors will be required to complete a separate form for tax purposes.
3. Teammates who elect the option to “Not Donate” will also be eligible to participate in the prize drawings at the conclusion of the campaign.
4. The Company match will not count toward individual or team eligibility for prizes/incentives.
5. Teammates must use PTO earned through the United Way campaign prior to November 1, 2025.
6. Travel to or from events is not included for any of the prizes.
7. Use of prizes such as event tickets, etc. is subject to business availability, venue rules and local safety protocols. Substitution of prizes may occur at any time.
